With the arrival of Baby 4 Alex Sierra, the twins have to grow up and give space of the crib. Bryce first, he's the bigger brother to Caleb.

Hair! Just like Rose, Bryce finally grew hair. He got the virtuoso trait.

Caleb's turn. He was closer to mum as Cadence was afraid of his insane trait kicking in, she took special care of him.

Rose is a good sister, helping mum to take care of her baby brother. Alex likes her sister too, he never cries when big sister carries him.

The Sierra house is too small to fit in so many people, Bryce and Caleb did not have enough room to place their new beds. Cadence decided to extend the house with a room for kids to sleep in. She even bought extra beds to welcome the future Sierra children.

The twins loved their rooms and quickly went to sleep on their new beds.

Cadence is constantly giving prep talks to her children about the greatness of being the mother of 100 baby challenge. She wants her children to understand how much she loves to be able to do the challenge. Little Bryce understands and looks up on his mother.

She is finally free to continue writing on her novel to earn money for the family. The extension of the Sierra house cost a lot of hard-sweat money of hers.

Baby 1 Rose Sierra knew that her mother had been through a lot giving birth to so many babies, she wanted to help her a little more so she took the initiative to upgrade the toilet to self-cleaning. Now Cadence does not need to clean the toilet every time she pukes!

Bryce loves to paint, he wishes to be the master of arts. He looks like a professional artist with his little paint brush.

Caleb loves to fish, he hopes to fish perfect fishes from the pond at the back of the house. His angler trait helps him to fish faster than normal sims.

One lovely afternoon, Cadence brought Baby Alex out to town for a little walk.

Cadence caught a butterfly and showed Alex, she wanted to teach Alex how to talk before he even could.

The kids took care of the baby when mum received a call inviting her to a food-eating competition. Mummy was starving from taking care of 4 children, she won the competition with cash prizes and limes!

Neighbour Iqbal Alvi came knowing Cadence has finally gave birth. He wanted to be the next father so bad, he kissed Cadence in front of Rose! Rose, on the other hand, was too busy doing her homework.

Ahh.. Woohoo again. Bed rocking and baby making!

Oh no! Cadence wet herself when sending Iqbal out. Such shame, she had a bad mood for the whole day.

And if that wasn't bad enough, she puked so hard in the toilet because of the baby. Poor Cadence, she could never get a clear head.

A paparazzi came by and took photos around the house, luckily Cadence was already finished with puking.  Photos of that would not look good for her. She drew attention to the paparazzi by taking care of Alex. The paparazzi was impressed how Cadence managed to take on the 100 baby challenge easily.

The vampire twins still loved their block table and would spend hours building blocks together.

Cadence had another passion for gardening. All of the produce are of great quality. She thinks it's healthy to have plants around the house to keep the air fresh.

There it was, the first bump of pregnancy.

Being pregnant, Cadence loved to watch Kidz Zone. She read an article online about prenatal education.

It was time for Baby 1 Rose Sierra to grow up into a young adult and move out of the house to start her new life. She did not want to go, her love for family was deep like her mom's. She played with Baby Alex for the last time before celebrating her birthday.

She developed the Handy trait because she always tinker and upgrade objects. Her lifetime wish is to be a Creature-Robot Cross Breeder, it did not fulfill her traits at all. But I'm sure a genius like her would manage it.

Rose helped to celebrate Alex's birthday too.

The twins decided to grow up to help mother to take care of Alex and the pending baby.

"How cool am I?" Growing up was a cool thing for Bryce, he wanted to experience puberty unlike everybody else, what a curious boy. Being a curious boy, he could never have a deep sleep, whenever he hear things in the middle of the night, he wakes up. Poor light-sleeper.

"No.. My hair. What happened to my hair?" The young celebrity of the Sierras was horrified of the change of his hair. "I can never be in public again!" Obviously, he had developed the over-emotional trait.

He drew attention to himself by posing for the paparazzi. Looks like Cadence did not give him the wrong name. Caleb as in near to celeb, he is indeed a celebrity. His lifetime wish is to be rich and famous.

"Wooooo.. Baby 5 is coming! Baby 5 is coming!"

Luckily there was the twins to help call a cab for this momma to be sent to the hospital.

I can't believe Cadence was so calm walking into the hospital by herself. Even the doctor panicked for her.

"Oh my, another set of twins!" The doctor cheered for Cadence. Despite being Arabic, Cadence named the first baby boy Liam Sierra which originated from Old German.

She named the second baby boy Lyon Sierra which originated from French.

While mummy was giving birth in the hospital, Caleb was busy having a bubble bath at home with the bubble soap he fished out of the pond.
